Because each piece is made to order, we don’t offer standard returns or exchanges for orders placed in the wrong size, color, or due to a change of mind. That said — if something went sideways, contact us. We’ll review your case and do what we reasonably can. Any exceptions are handled case-by-case and aren’t guaranteed.

In the rare instance that you receive an item that is damaged or contains a manufacturing error, we offer a hassle-free replacement or refund within 30 days of product delivery. Here’s how it works:

For orders with multiple affected items featuring the same design, an additional photo or video displaying all items in one frame may be requested for confirmation purposes.
