We offer worldwide shipping with rates and delivery times that vary by location and selected shipping method. All orders are fulfilled through STOICLIFT’s network to ensure fast and reliable service.
Note: delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, peak seasons, weather, and customs processing can add time.

United States

  • Standard: 2–5 business days
    Note: Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated U.S. territories may take an additional 7–12 business days.

United Kingdom

  • Standard: 2–3 business days

European Countries (incl. Ireland)

  • Standard: 5–15 business days

EFTA / Northern Europe

  • Standard: 5–15 business days

Canada

  • Standard: 10–30 business days

Australia

  • Standard: 10–30 business days

Rest of World

  • Standard: 10–30 business days

Production Times

Each product is made to order and typically requires 2–7 business days for production. Shipping begins once production is complete.

Customs & Tracking

All shipments include tracking information (tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created).
International orders may incur customs/import fees, which vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Issues 

If something goes sideways (delay, stuck tracking, returned package, etc.), contact us — we’ll review your case and do what we reasonably can.
To avoid issues, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is already in production or shipped, address changes may not be possible.
