Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping with rates and delivery times that vary by location and shipping method.

What are the shipping times?
Shipping times depend on the destination:

United States: 2-5 business days (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & territories: +7-12 business days)

United Kingdom: 2-3 business days

European Countries (incl. Ireland): 5-15 business days

EFTA / Northern Europe: 5-15 business days

Canada: 10-30 business days

Australia: 10-30 business days

Rest of World: 10-30 business days

How long does production take?
Each product is custom-made and requires 2-7 business days for production before shipping.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! All orders come with tracking details. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the tracking link.

Do I have to pay customs fees?
International orders may incur customs fees, which vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty & Refund Policy

Do StoicLift products come with a warranty? Yes! Our products, including the hoodie and the t-shirt, come with a 2-year warranty in the EU and Northern Ireland, as per Directive 1999/44/EC.

What does the warranty cover? The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

How do I claim a warranty refund or replacement? If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us with a detailed description and clear photos of the issue. If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind. Please check our sizing guide carefully before purchasing.

What if my product is defective?
We stand by our quality. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we offer a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.

How do I request a replacement or refund?
Contact us via our “Contact Us” form with a clear photo of the issue. If multiple items are affected, please provide an additional photo or video showing all items in one frame.

What if my order is not delivered successfully?
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, we offer a reprint for a small additional fee or a partial refund, depending on the situation.

Are minor print variations considered defects?
Small variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) are normal in the production process and do not qualify as defects.

What are the features of StoicLift products?

The StoicLift Heavy Blend Hoodie features a spacious kangaroo pouch pocket for warmth, an adjustable drawstring hood for a perfect fit, a seamless design that enhances comfort and style, and a durable 50% cotton, 50% polyester fabric.

The StoicLift Unisex Softstyle T-Shirt has a seamless design that reduces fabric waste and enhances attractiveness, an elastic ribbed collar that retains shape after multiple washes, shoulder tape to stabilize the garment and prevent stretching, durable smooth fabric, and ethically sourced 100% ring-spun cotton for all-day comfort.

How should I care for my StoicLift products?

For hoodies: tumble dry on medium, iron/steam/dry on low heat, do not dry clean, machine wash cold (max 30C or 90F), and use non-chlorine bleach as needed.

For t-shirts: do not dry clean, machine wash warm (max 40C or 105F), do not bleach, tumble dry on low heat, and iron/steam/dry on low heat.
