Do you ship worldwide?

How long does production take?

Everything is made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.

What are the estimated shipping times (after production)?

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Are minor print variations considered defects?

No. Small differences in print placement (up to 0.5 in / ~1.3 cm) can happen and don’t qualify as defects.

What if my order is not delivered successfully?

If delivery fails (wrong address, unclaimed package, etc.), we may offer a reprint for a small fee or a partial refund, depending on the situation.

How do I request a replacement or refund?

Send your order number + a short description + clear photos of the issue. If multiple items are affected, include one photo/video showing all items together.

EU 2-Year Guarantee (Warranty)

Do STOICLIFT products come with a warranty in the EU?

Yes. EU customers are covered by a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for faulty or not-as-described items (under applicable local law).

What does it cover?

Manufacturing defects and material faults under normal use.

It does not cover improper care, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

How do I claim it?

Email support with a clear description and photos. If approved, we’ll offer the appropriate remedy (replacement/refund as applicable).
